doesn’t matter if you’re a student, a professional, a stay at home parent, a teacher, a doctor, a tradie or a farmer. We need young and old, retailers, gardeners, athletes, social workers, artists, grandparents and retirees too. If you have something you care about, and want to make a difference in your community, we need you!
Despite what you may have heard, you don't have to make a commitment to weekly meetings. We're happy to take any help you can give! For some people that means occasionally turning a sausage at a fundraising BBQ, but for others that means planning major projects or travelling overseas to participate in humanitarian aid programs.
Rotary has something for everyone including a range of membership options.
At the Rotary Club of Toowoomba Garden City, we pride ourselves by offering a warm welcome to new members and volunteers. You will have a 'mentor' who can offer advice, especially useful if you have little experience in community work.
You will be partnering with like–minded individuals who operate under high ethical standards and believe in “Service Above Self” along with a passion for building teamwork and friendship. You will be an integral partner in helping us to make a difference in the community. We will value your input no matter how small.
