Greetings fellow members .
Have just returned from our monthly board meeting which we accomplished in less than 90 minutes
Great input from all present with much worthwhile discussion . I see that committee leaders are working with their members  to ensure we continue the smooth running and excellent atmosphere of our club .Again I encourage all committee members to be involved , provide input and fresh ideas .Committee leaders will have the opportunity to share their workings ,ideas and goals at our club assembly on Sept 11.
Next social night will be at the Federal hotel 6pm on Friday Aug 21 thanks to Jacquie`s capable organisation .    There will be no morning meeting that day .

Harlaxton State School 125-year celebrations

We are underway organising catering for the Harlaxton School 125-year BBQ lunch on Saturday the 22nd of August. We will be providing Beef and Chicken Burgers and drinks for minimal cost to help them out.

Could you please save the date if you are available and consider helping out on the day.

We will need to cover from 9.30 am to 2pm to allow for preparation and clean up. We might be able to split it into 2 shifts if we can get the numbers.
